Delivery Policy
Everything CACTUSPAINTS supplies is digital and delivered instantly to your account. Nothing is printed, and nothing is shipped. This page explains exactly how and when you receive your artwork.

1. What You Receive
Your caricature is delivered as a high-resolution PNG image file, suitable for sharing online and for printing at home or through any print shop.
Everything we supply is digital. We do not print, frame, mount or ship anything. There are no shipping costs, no courier, and no physical address is ever needed.
2. How and When Delivery Happens
Delivery is immediate. When you submit a generation, the artwork is produced and appears on screen — usually within 15 to 40 seconds — and is saved to your gallery at the same moment. There is nothing to wait for and no email to watch for.
Delivery is complete when the artwork appears in your account. You can download it from the result page, or from your gallery, as many times as you like.
3. Credits Are Delivered Immediately Too
Credits bought with PayPal are added to your account as soon as PayPal confirms the payment, which is normally within a few seconds of you approving it. A receipt is emailed to you.
If a payment is approved but your balance has not updated within a few minutes, check your credit history first — the purchase is listed there with its status — and then contact us with the reference.
4. If a Generation Fails
If the artwork cannot be produced, you are told so on the spot, with the reason where we have one, and the credit is returned to your account automatically. Nothing is left pending and nothing needs chasing. See our Refund Policy.
5. How Long We Keep Your Files
Generated artwork stays in your gallery for as long as your account is open, so you can download it again whenever you need it. Uploaded source photographs are deleted after 365 days.
Closing your account deletes both. Download anything you want to keep before you close your account — we cannot recover deleted files.
We recommend keeping your own copy of any artwork that matters to you. Your gallery is a convenience, not a backup service.
6. Technical Requirements
You need a modern web browser and a working internet connection. Uploads accept JPG, PNG and WebP files up to 10MB.
Keep the tab open while a generation runs. If you close it mid-generation, the artwork still completes and still lands in your gallery — but you will not see the result screen.
7. Service Availability
The Services depend on a third-party AI provider. If that provider is unavailable, generation may be temporarily interrupted. Any credit taken for a generation that could not complete is returned automatically, so an outage never costs you anything.
